Warranty

All SOL Paddle Boards products are backed by a warranty, so should any issues arise, we will make it right. 

INFLATABLE PADDLE BOARDS SEVEN-YEAR WARRANTY

All inflatable stand up paddle boards are warranted to the original owner against defects in workmanship (manufactured and material defects) for a period of seven years from the date of purchase. Warranty service can only be performed once the board has been returned to SOL Paddle Boards. Normal wear and tear on the board are not covered under warranty. If water enters the inside of your board, your warranty will be void.

PADDLE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Our paddles are warranted against defects in workmanship to the original owner for one year.

MALE OUTER VALVE WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty on the male outer valve. If your valve is not working, you must contact SOL Paddle Boards first to troubleshoot. If we cannot solve your valve problem, we will send you a male outer valve, pending availability. You are responsible for the $10 shipping fee. At this time, SOL Paddle Boards does not offer a warranty for the female end of the valve.

ACCESSORIES LIMITED WARRANTY

If any accessory is determined to be defective, the accessory will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our full discretion. This warranty is limited. 

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. If you feel that you have a  warranty issue, please complete our Warranty and Repair Form.
  2. Upon reviewing your return, we will email confirmation of your return. Print this email and include a copy in the box. If you have the original invoice or receipt, please include this in the box.
  3. Please make sure the product(s) is clean with all the original packaging and components.
  4. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. SOL Paddle Boards is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  5. Contact us for the warranty shipping address.
