Returns & Exchanges

All SOL Paddle Board products purchased directly through our website may be returned for a full refund if the product(s) is returned in new, unused and clean condition with all the original packaging and components. A Gift Card is not an eligible return. Please submit your Returns and Exchanges Form within 14 days after receiving your order.

All returned items are subject to inspection. SOL Paddle Boards reserves the right to deny a refund and exchange and will return items that do not meet these standards. Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note, the shipping timeline for your exchange will be determined by product availability. We are not responsible for items sent to SOL Paddle Boards without submitting a Returns and Exchanges Form. 

All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

You will not be charged a return fee, but you will be charged a shipping fee for an exchange. 

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be refunded once your return package has been received and approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. You will receive an automatic email once we have refunded your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SHIPPING

To return your product, contact us for the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REPAIRS

Damaged product through wear and tear, misuse or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge. You are responsible for shipping your product to and from our repair facility. 

To repair your product, contact us for the shipping address.

We may have some spare parts on hand. If you don’t see what you’re looking for in our accessories collection, contact us and we may be able to help.
