Pumps & Fins
Step 1 > Put the valve stem in the open or down position. Step 2 > Connect the hand pump hose to the valve stem in the up or closed position. Step 3 > Hand pump your board to the recommended inflation level. This level can be found on the rubber label around each valve.
Step 1 > Open the valve and let the air out of your SOL board. Step 2 > Place the deflate side of your SOL 12V Electric Inflator and Deflator on the valve and remove as much air as possible. Step 3 > When all the air is out of your SUP board, remove the deflator and QUICKLY close the valve. Doing so ensures air will not seep into your board.
Often the gauge requires 8 to 10 psi to register. Continue to hand pump your SUP board and the gauge will correctly assess the amount of air in your board.
No. You cannot over inflate your SUP board using the SOL Dual Action Hand Pump. If any damage occurs when using a hand pump other than the one we provided or a compressor, your warranty will be voided.
As long as you’d like. When traveling to different elevations, we recommend you let five psi out of your SOL board to compensate for changing pressure.
Step 1 > Place the brass pin into the fin box track and slide the fin into place. Step 2 > Push the end of the fin with the Fast Fin Release System in the fin track. Turn the Fast Fin Release System a quarter turn to lock your fin into place.
Step 1 > Place your side click fin into the side click fin box and push it back until your fin clicks into the click fin box. Step 2 > Use the Allen wrench from your repair kit and tighten each screw. This will lock the click fin in place.
