To Our Customers, Team and the SOL Community
At SOL Paddle Boards we share many of the same Covid-19 concerns that you have, and wanted to let you know how we are addressing the current situation as we keep the health and safety of our team, customers and community a top priority during this ever-changing landscape.
For our customers, our online store remains open and our level of customer support remains topnotch, which means you can continue to contact us by phone, email, LiveChat, Instagram and Facebook Messenger just as before, and we will respond within hours.
As for domestic shipping, you may experience a longer wait time as several of our shipping partners are playing a crucial role in moving supply chains and as you can imagine the demand has increased for their services exponentially.
During this public health crisis, we have implemented a work-from-home standard, fully sanitized our offices and warehousing facility, and we continue to monitor recommendations from local, state and federal agencies and organizations so we are operating under safe protocols and procedures. Also, we have suspended or postponed all travel and event and trade show attendance.
Lastly, along with donating hundreds of masks to local medical centers and facilities, we are also offering a free mask to anyone in our SOL community. If you would like one, please reach out.
